The NoteAble Stage at Northside Summer Market 2018

This years Northside Summer Market will include a community stage with programming by
NoteAble.  Performances will begin at noon and will include acts by four Cincinnati based groups with a wide range of musical personas.

The first performance will be given by the NoteAble youth guitar ensemble.  With its roots in Northside, NoteAble cultivates strong minds and communities by providing free, daily, ensemble-based music education to Cincinnati youth.  They will be performing music arranged from all around the globe.

The second performance will be given by Emily Ash.  A singer, student and activist based in Cincinnati, Ohio, Emily is deeply passionate about exploring the infinite number of different ways in which we experience personhood.

Om Srivastava will be performing third.  He is a world musician who incorporates sound and concepts of North Indian rhythm in performance.  He is the recipient of the 2015 IndianRaga Fellowship and has performed alongside Grammy-nominated guitarist Fareed Hague at the Lincoln Center.

Lastly, attendees will encounter the wonderfully mellifluous styling of Dreams of Surfing, David Corn's solo project.  Bringing together chill electronics and beachscapes, Dreams of Surfing creates a new and unique type of dance music.
